Add to existing playlist?

Hello,
Is it possible to add to existing playlist? From what i can see another playlist with the same name is created currently, or maybe i am not using the tool correctly?!

Do you want to add or to overwrite the existing playlist ?
These features are not implemented today.

What i am trying to do is export from a shoutcast station to youtube, so NOT overwrite but add all new content to this playlist.
